Estate Agency based mortgage adviser opportunity.

We are seeking enthusiastic, professional mortgage advisers who have a keen interest in the property market and prefer to operate as part of a team. You will need drive and determination to win and build the business, creating opportunities as they arise.

This is an employed position offering a competitive salary, company car BMW 1 series or car allowance, uncapped bonus and benefits after a qualifying period. Your 2nd year income should be £45k and will uncapped.

INITIAL GUARANTEES in addition to salary and commission of £300 to £500 for the first 4 months (Non clawback) are available based on individuals proven income and performance.

You will have:-

- Experience in selling mortgages and related protection products, with a successful track record
- Excellent IT skills
- Full driving license
- CeMap or equivalent Qualification

You will have access to a large volume of mortgage prospects and will be supported with referrals and appointments made by the agency branch team.

You will have the latest technology tools and management support to help you achieve your targets. Your 2nd year income should be £45k and will uncapped

You will have access to ´Whole of Market´ mortgage providers´. Life and general insurance will be via a Panel of 6 providers.

Saturday working is a usual requirement in these roles and a day off during the week is offered in lieu of this.
