Financial Services Paraplanner, Worcestershire Basic salary £23k to £27.5k

Our client is a specialist independent financial adviser based in Evesham.


We are seeking a paraplanner to join our clients growing business and work closely with two senior advisers as part of their support team.

Our ideal candidate will:

1. Have a minimum 3 years experience as a paraplanner within an IFA practice in a role including client liaison, product research and preparation of technical reports.

2. Hold CFP5 or Cert PFS qualification, be willing to work towards Diploma status and to develop their knowledge through CPD and personal study.

3. Have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Adviser Office, or similar back office software.

4. Have excellent report writing skills and an understanding of compliance issues related to the paraplanner role.

5. Be pro-active and well organised in their work, a good communicator with an eye for detail, a good telephone manner and the ability to pick up new skills.

6. Be confident and personable around clients and colleagues, work well as part of a team and be looking for a long-term career move.
