Account Manager - New Build Mortgage Sector - Basic to £35k + car or allowance + comm OTE £60k - Leicester & surrounding

Our client is an established Mortgage Brokerage with an established track record in the New Build Mortgage Sector.

Main Purpose of Job:

  • To establish and maintain excellent working relationships with existing Housebuilder clients whilst delivering a first class service and motivating the Housebuilder clients to increase business levels
  • To establish new contacts with Developers and Housebuilders
  • To manage the site performance and ensure all processes are running smoothly and within expected time frames
  • To monitor the whole business process within each site from mortgage lead generation against house sales to mortgage application and completion

Key areas of responsibility:

  • To coach and monitor site teams to meet the expected service standards
  • To monitor Mortgage Advisors in providing the highest level of service to the Housebuilders and Customers
  • To liaise with the Administration Team to ensure Mortgage Offers are issued in an accurate and timely manner within housebuilder deadlines
  • To ensure the mortgage sales process is adhered to
  • To meet and maintain competency
  • To develop and expand relationships with Housebuilders
  • Ensure the team of Mortgage Advisers meet the agreed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • To identify, monitor and deliver agreed sales targets and budgets
  • To keep up to date with products changes
  • Ensure that all current regulatory guidelines are met
  • Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Sales Director

Knowledge, skills and qualifications: (PLEASE CHECK BEFORE APPLYING)

  • 2 years proven sales/customer facing experience in the provision of a sales/mortgage advice environment
  • New Build sector experience is essential
  • Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence
