Salary: £22500 to £25000 Salary is negotiable depending on experience. We have a team quarterly bonus scheme for £300 a quarter for targets being met and various other commission/bonus incentives across the company.
Location: Romford
Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays, plus an extra day for each full year of service.

  • On completion of training, the successful candidate will be able to work from home 2 days a week with the remaining 3 days in the office in line with a new flexible approach


  • Regular liaison with lenders, providers, solicitors, and estate agents to obtain updates on application status.
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion.
  • Answer non-advice-related clients' queries on behalf of the mortgage brokers.
  • Ensure the company CRM system is up to date at all times whilst working on cases.
  • Action any ad-hoc tasks that arise or assigned by Admin Team Leader.
  • Run regular reports and achieve personal & company targets.
  • Dealing with incoming calls, personal email inbox, and post.
  • Point of contact for introducers.
  • Book client appointments.
  • Data entry of mortgage & protection applications.
  • Keep brokers up to date with their current pipelines.

  • Communication - Excellent customer service skills and strong computer skills. Demonstrate a confident telephone manner and be confident speaking with clients, lenders, and third-party companies. Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Problem Solver - Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Time management - Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision and in a time-pressured environment.
