Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire
Earnings: Basic salary £29,000 to £36,000 includes Car allowance to OTE uncapped 

What does the working week look like?
You'll spend most of your time talking to your customers and providing mortgage & protection solutions. You will also spend time working with the estate agency branch teams to maximise the referral opportunities.

Is the role office-based or can people work remotely?
Both office-based and home-based.

When is the position available?
We are actively looking for people now.

What are the minimum 'essentials' that we require from an applicant?

  • You will have the Cemap or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 1 year of current mortgage advising experience.
  • Estate agency-based mortgage experience is preferable.
  • You must be able to confirm a track record of monthly mortgage sales of 6 new mortgage cases per month over 12 months.
  • You should NOT be banking less than £100k 
  • You should NOT be currently earning less than £35k
