Salary of a Mortgage Advisor
This is a self-employed position with funding available. Earnings are uncapped and range from £60k to £75k net, Established advisors are in excess of £100k

The role of a Mortgage Advisor:
You will be working with new build sites and advising potential buyers of their financial, mortgage and protection requirements. Home-based, the majority of your advice will be over the telephone and email with bi-weekly site visits. You will be someone who can develop relationships with the new build on-site teams. Willing to work every other Saturday handling calls and enquiries. This is a home-based role.

Skills & experience of a Mortgage Advisor:
Ideally, you will have new build mortgage experience. Applications are welcomed from experienced mortgage advisors with whole of market mortgage experience. You must have a track record showing a consistent level of sales over a minimum of 16 months. Good business development skills are essential as well as great communication skills.

An established Directly Authorised Mortgage Brokerage, with 80 staff and 45 Mortgage Advisors specialising in the new build sector. This is a growing business and advisors are encouraged to take ownership and build long term relationships with their clients. 


Key Points:

✔ Home-based ✔ lap-top & mobile phone provided ✔ 50% gross on leads from sites and 70% gross on own business, referrals, existing clients etc ✔ All leads via sites ✔ All clients are yours for repeat business, referrals and recommendations ✔ Looking after new build sites ✔ Getting out & about once a week for relationship management with site teams ✔ Full Admin support ✔ 90% of business transacted via telephone & internet ✔ Self-employed with Initial funding until pipeline and banking established ✔ Avg case size £1700 They have 50 advisors writing on avg 10 cases per month = £17,000 @ 50% =£8500 p.m Potential Earnings £102k p.a
