Job Title: New Build Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: East Anglia
Package: Employed - Basic to £35,000 plus commission OTE £60k

You will receive high-quality leads, excellent commission splits leading to uncapped earnings.  Whole-of-market allows access to exclusive deals and new lending options. The company has a clearly defined vision of growth and well-defined visions and values. You'll have access to cutting-edge technology and full administration and 360 case support.

Home-based with site visits

What are the key 'essentials' that you require from an applicant?
It's a given that you'll be a qualified and experienced whole-of-market mortgage adviser. Ideally, we'd like you to have a good level of new build, help to buy, and shared ownership knowledge. A friendly, easy to like communicator who can build good relationships with the on-site sales teams with business development and relationship management skills. Passionate about providing a great service and becoming the go-to broker on new build sites.
