Mortgage & Protection Advisor - Ware - Ware

Salary: £28000  + 25% commission scheme
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire

The Company:

An established Directly Authorised mortgage brokerage, a small team of 11 includes the two directors who are also business writers. Friendly, easy-going people, looking for a like-minded Adviser to become part of the team.

What you will receive:

• All leads provided via established introducers and existing clients
• 5 to 10 leads per week
• Advisers are writing 8 to 10 cases per month
• Full Administration support
• Office-based with the flexibility to WFH 1 to 2 days per week after probationary

Skills & Experience Required:

You will be a qualified mortgage adviser with a few years' experience under your belt.  You may be yearning to break away from the micro-managed corporate environment and have the freedom of non-restricted insurance providers and competitive pricing. Or you may be a single product adviser working for a lender who would like to become a whole-of-market mortgage adviser.  

Most important of all, you must be a customer-focused, friendly good-natured human!
