Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Harlow - Romford - Brentford - Ilford
Package: Self-Employed with Initial funding equivalent to £50,000 gross - On target earnings £75,000 net (£100,000 + gross)

The Opportunity:
A Directly Authorised, highly established New Build Mortgage Broker, providing mortgage services to New Build Developers. Whilst this is a Self Employed position, to all intents and purposes, it's really an employed position with a self-employed pay away, so the advisor receives a good slice of the commission cake.  Being self-employed allows for fewer restrictions and a better home/work-life balance. You will receive the provision of high-quality leads, excellent commission splits leading to uncapped earnings. Financial support is provided while your pipeline and completions build, based on current earnings this can be the equivalent to £50,000 pro-rata annual gross. Whole-of-market allows access to exclusive deals and new lending options. The company has a clearly defined vision of growth and well-defined visions and values. You'll have access to cutting-edge technology and full administration and 360 case support.

Is the role office-based or can people work remotely?
Home-based

What are the key 'essentials' that you require from an applicant?
It's a given that you'll be a qualified and experienced whole-of-market mortgage adviser. Ideally, we'd like you to have a good level of new build, help to buy, and shared ownership knowledge. A friendly, easy to like communicator who can build good relationships with the on-site sales teams with business development and relationship management skills. Passionate about providing a great service and becoming the go-to broker on new build sites.
