Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Sheffield
Package: Basic salary £30,000 to £35,000 + Commission + Initial guarantee for 6 months On target earnings £65,000

The Opportunity:
Working with a niche specialist New Build Mortgage Broker who provides mortgage services to some of the major UK House Builders. Qualified leads are provided, so as many leads as an Advisor can handle, based on an advisers capacity and capability. It's a grown-up environment, they are focused on outputs rather than the input (i.e. the hours you work). This means that if you need to take time for a personal appointment you can do so and make the time up when it suits you.  Home office set up - Phone, laptop, screens printer if you need it.  On-the-job training and support - Structured induction program, or bespoke (depending upon experience) training focussed on professional development. Opportunities to attend lender/builder events, formal qualification support for those that wish to pursue it – things like management qualifications if that is a direction a candidate wishes to take their career. They are a growing organisation so individuals can move horizontally as well within their vertical i.e. a broker could become a sales manager (vertical career progression) or a BDM (horizontal career progression). A Panel of Protection Providers - Advisers can offer customers a choice of Insurance providers, with competitive and unloaded premiums. Pre & Post Case Support - Full admin support provided. Reward & Recognition events - company conference, quarterly recognition events, Christmas Party, other social activities

What are the key 'essentials' that you require from an applicant?
It's a given that you'll be a qualified and experienced whole-of-market mortgage adviser. Ideally, we'd like you to have a good level of new build, help to buy, and shared ownership knowledge. A friendly, easy to like communicator who can build good relationships with the on-site sales teams with business development and relationship management skills. Passionate about providing a great service and becoming the go-to broker on new build sites.
