Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor
Location: Reading - Berkshire
Earnings: Self-Employed £70,000 uncapped

What does the working week look like?
You'll spend most of your time talking to your customers and providing mortgage & protection solutions. You will also spend time working with the estate agency branch teams to maximise the referral opportunities.

What support will the mortgage adviser receive?

• On-going training and development
• Residential and BTL mortgage leads
• Estate Agency and Remortgage leads
• Management towards your earning potential
• An excellent level of sales and post-sales support

Is the role office-based or can people work remotely?
Both office-based and home-based.

When is the position available from?
We are actively looking for people now.

What are the key 'essentials' that we require from an applicant?

• You will have the Cemap qualification and a minimum of 2 years current mortgage advising experience.
• It would be great if you have an estate agency-based mortgage experience. If not, then you must be able to confirm a track record of monthly mortgage sales of 6 new mortgages cases per month over 12 months.
• Our client is confident their lead sources will produce a minimum of £10k worth of written business per month. However, on average mortgage advisers are writing between £15k - £25k per month.
