Overview: The Client Services Executive role is crucial within our client services team, providing administrative support to our financial advisers. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks and offers an opportunity for career development within our dynamic business.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create client opportunities for annual reviews on our CRM system.

  • Generate investment review reports on provider platforms and send them to clients.

  • Input investment details into our CRM system, generate and check annual review report figures, and send them to clients.

  • Manage clients over the phone to book appointments with financial advisers and handle non-advice queries and issues.

  • Manage incoming email inquiries from clients.

  • Prepare investment transfer paperwork, liaise with clients to obtain signatures, and submit to relevant providers, ensuring subsequent contributions or withdrawals are set up and actioned.

  • Handle general provider inquiries (e.g., crystallised status, alternative fund choices, client tax codes).

  • Obtain policy information from providers, input details into our CRM system, and compile detailed policy analysis notes for advisers.

Experience & Skills:

  • Pensions experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including customer service.

  • Experience with CRM systems and strong technology skills.

  • Self-motivated, a self-starter, and hardworking.

  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback.

  • Enthusiasm to grow with the business in an ambitious company.

  • Good financial and mathematical literacy.

Qualifications: RO qualifications (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.(we will support your advancement in obtaining RO qualifications)



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good understanding of pensions.

  • Eagerness to get involved with other tasks where necessary.

  • Can start as soon as possible.



  • Salary: to £30,000

  • Monthly bonus upon completion of probation (approximately 10% of salary).

  • Central London office-based role with 1-day working from home per week.

  • Core hours: Monday – Friday (9 am – 5:30 pm).
