Our client is one of the UK’s fastest-growing mortgage and protection advice firms, supporting thousands of customers each year in securing the right financial solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Mortgage Administrator to join their friendly, supportive, and high-performing team in Gloucester.
This role is ideal for someone with administration or financial services experience who wants stability, development, and clear career progression — including fully funded industry qualifications.
£24,000 basic salary
Hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days from home
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (no weekends)
Fully funded industry qualifications (CeMAP & more)
20 days holiday + bank holidays

Set up, manage, and maintain electronic mortgage and protection case files
Submit documentation to lenders and monitor case progress
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely completions
Accurately update records using the CRM system
Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally
Finalise and close completed cases in line with compliance requirements
Previous experience in Mortgage Administration or Financial Services (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and IT applications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
