Mortgage Adviser - Colchester

Mortgage & Protection Advisor 
Colchester - Office-Based with Wednesday work-from-home
Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
Basic to £28,000 + commission OTE £60,000
All Leads Provided

You can expect to be kept busy with new enquiries via the existing client base, introducer partnerships with estate agents, and national housebuilders.

What's involved?

As an experienced CeMap-qualified mortgage adviser, you'll use all your skills and knowledge to keep your customers and business partnerships happy.

Of course, you'll have lots of help from your other team members and full administration support to stay on top of your pipeline cases, so you'll have more time to deal with your customers.

You'll be working from the office based in Colchester and will benefit from a collaborative, sharing and learning culture.

• 15% to 20% commission 
• Employed with a salary up to £28,000 depending upon experience
• Monday to Friday
• One Saturday per month
• Wednesday is a work-from-home day

To qualify for this position, you will need the following as a minimum:

• Cemap or equivalent
• CAS (competent advisor status)
• 12 months of trading experience
