We’re hiring an experienced Mortgage Broker (CAS) to work across multiple New Build developments in the Southampton and Hampshire region. What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CAS mortgage adviser
✅ Proven ability to hit targets and back up sales stats
✅ New Build experience is a strong advantage
✅ Able to service multiple high-volume sites
✅ Confident using CRM systems and tech tools
✅ Strong compliance, client service, and communication skills
✅ Excellent relationship builder and self-starter
