New Build Mortgage Broker – £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission | OTE £60k+

I'm on the hunt for an experienced CAS-status Mortgage Broker to specialise in New Build mortgages, looking after sites across Derbyshire. If you thrive on volume business, enjoy working remotely, and want consistent leads and admin support, this could be the role for you.

• Productivity-based commission scheme – uncapped earnings £65 +

• Home-based with field visits to up to 3 New Build sites locally

• 20 qualified leads per week from active sites

• Full admin and sales manager support

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years as a CAS mortgage adviser
✅ Proven performance with clear sales and conversion stats
✅ New Build mortgage experience (ideal but not essential)
✅ Ability to manage high-volume case loads across multiple sites
✅ Excellent compliance, CRM, and tech use
✅ Strong customer communication and presentation skills
✅ Business development mindset and relationship-building ability
