About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified Mortgage Broker in Gloucester. You will be working with a team of mortgage brokers specialising in foster care mortgages and re-mortgages. This is a hybrid opportunity with a strong basic salary, consistent warm leads, full admin support, and a Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends required.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Minimum 2 years as a CAS mortgage adviser
✅ Strong track record with proven sales stats
✅ Experience with foster care mortgages is ideal but not required
✅ Able to manage volume business efficiently and compliantly
✅ Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
✅ Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
