About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join an award-winning mortgage brokerage in Bristol. Are you someone seeking high-quality leads, comprehensive administrative support, and unlimited earning potential — all within a supportive and high-performing environment?

What's on Offer

  • Basic salary up to £30,000 (employed role)

  • Uncapped commission, starting at 30% and rising to 40%

  • OTE: £80,000  (Top 3 brokers banked £319k, £276k, £225k last year)

  • Bonuses for hitting performance targets

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service

  • Hybrid working available after probation (1–2 WFH days per week)

  • Full admin support – applications keyed, suitability letters drafted, and full case tracking provided

  • In-house marketing manager to support lead generation

You will receive a consistent stream of quality leads via:

  • Independent estate agents

  • The leading auction house in the South West

  • Referral partnerships

  • Internal marketing support

Career Growth

You’ll also have the opportunity to train and earn from specialist finance, including:

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of mortgage advising experience

  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and target-driven

  • A team player with excellent customer service skills
