The Person

You'll be a mortgage sales manager with 3 to 4 years of experience, managing a team of 7 plus fee-based mortgage advisers. 

Your experience will be gained from working with a medium-sized intermediary, corporate or national mortgage company.

You'll be an individual who runs a 'tight ship', is highly analytical and is totally on top of the business. You'll have the character and gravitas to manage high-performing mortgage advisers.

You will live in East Anglia and be expected to attend monthly meetings in the Head Office, which are fully expensed and include overnight accommodation.

To qualify for this position, you will need the following:

• Hungry, ambitious, success-driven, high energy, gravitas, degree qualified
• 3 to 4 years experience gained as a mortgage sales manager running a team of 7 + successful fee-charging mortgage advisers
• Preferably working in a company with 70-plus employees
• Very detailed, questioning, curious, analytical, runs a tight ship, strong character who can deal with high-performing mortgage advisers.
• Looking to make a mark in a high-growth, high-intensity company
