Job Title: Protection Specialist 
Salary: Up to £30,000 + uncapped commission + bonus incentives
OTE: £75,000+ (Year 1: £65k+ realistic earnings)
Employment Type: Permanent, Employed
Location: Office-based with one work-from-home day

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in protection advising
✔️ RO5 qualification (advantageous but not essential)
✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
