We’re looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Telesales Executive to join our client's team, specialising in protection products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands protection, enjoys speaking with clients, and can confidently overcome objections in a consultative and compliant manner.

With strong lead flow, full admin support, and flexibility to work from home, this role is ideal for a driven sales professional looking to build long-term earnings in a supportive environment.

✅ Experience with protection products (essential)
✅ Confident handling of client objections and closing sales
✅ Strong telephone manner and communication skills
✅ Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales technology
✅ Good understanding of compliance and FCA standards
✅ Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset
✅ Ideally based in Gloucester or the surrounding areas to support office attendance
