Pre-lockdown I was in the gym every day (ask Matthew Pudge ). I haven’t returned (yet) but on 12th May I decided to go for a 4K walk at lunchtime. I’ve kept it up and have racked up 220 km burning 15,000 calories.
It’s not about what you achieve, it’s about what you wouldn’t have achieved if you didn’t start to do it.
