Recruiters on LinkedIn who are bragging about their services, even though they've only been a recruiter for a few months?
Yeah, you know who I'm talking about - the ones who talk about themselves like they're already a seasoned pro, dishing out advice like they been at it for 10 years.
Don't get me wrong, we all have to start somewhere. But there's a difference between being confident in your abilities and straight-up bragging.
So, to all the newbie recruiters out there: You don't need to tell everyone how amazing you are at your job - let your work speak for itself.
And to all the job seekers: don't fall for the flashy marketing spiel. Instead, look for recruiters who have a proven track record of success, with recommendations and reviews from people who have used their services.
Actions speak louder than words (or LinkedIn posts).
